Hi, we are looking for a villa with 6/7 beds (to take 13 adults/children) with a pool and tennis (or gym or something physical activities ! Can anyone point me in the right direction, various searches are prooving to be unfruitful.

UK's No. 1 for self catering villas, apartments & cottage holidays in Spain, Portugal, France, Florida, Italy & worldwide which is where we found the villa. the algarve tends to have lots of large villas with tennis courts. remember to ask for a good deal too as we got a great discount on casa meme.

As a large family group which has grown from 14 to 18 over the last few years we found a wealth of villas in Portugal. Many had tennis courts/badminton courts and indoor games rooms and heated pools with plenty of watersports nearby.
Try holidayrentals and search for large villas in Luz, Lagos, Carveiro. We loved Quinta Oceane in Luz although it may be a little big for you
