The Casa das Estevas is located in the beautiful, unspoilt traditional fishing village of Salema, near Lagos on Portugal’s Western Algarve. Simply Salema have designed, constructed and furnished the villa to offer the ultimate in comfort and luxury, with no expense spared.
The location is truly remarkable, with all rooms and terraces facing south to uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, with the sound of waves lapping the shore.

From £995 to £2985 per week for villa rental, depending on season. Price includes private occupancy of the Casa das Estevas, Simply Salema management and maid service, all bed linen and towels, use of all villa facilities including swimming pool and games room, an arrival welcome pack of groceries and drinks, all local holiday taxes, all utility charges including air conditioning throughout. The villa allows for complete privacy, yet with extensive open and shaded balconies and terraces for ‘indoor/outdoor’ Algarve living. The majestic roof terrace that captures the sun until late evening with astonishing panoramic views. All 5 bedrooms are bright and airy, each with a patio door opening to a terrace with panoramic views of the sea and coastline. Luxurious divan beds can be arranged as twins or doubles. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes a double sink, 2 electric ovens, a 90cm gas hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, local ceramic tiles, oak units and granite worktops. The large open-plan lounge/dining room boasts a log fire, flat-screen television, DVD, hi-fi and original works of art. The comfortable sofas invite you to curl up and gaze out across the ocean through the patio doors which lead to the main balcony. Stairs wind down to the large private swimming pool, surrounding terrace, BBQ area and extensive games room with table tennis, table football, darts and full-size American pool table. The spacious poolside terrace features, sun loungers, pool games and purpose-built gas BBQ and dining area. There is an outside shower and separate toilet. This area is crafted with beautiful ceramic tiles and traditional stone, providing a safe and secluded haven for all the family. Facilities
Salema and the Western Algarve have something for all the family. The village, a 5 minute stroll away, provides the perfect base for a family holiday throughout the year. Relax and enjoy the private pool, breathtaking sea views, wonderful climate, beautiful beaches and local cuisine. Boat Charters: Sunset cruise - 3 hour or full day charters with skipper available. Local 2 hour Boat trips also depart from Salema Beach with a minimum of 2 people and maximum of 5 people, Horse Riding with Lead rein for 20 minutes for 3 to 12 year olds or Dolphin Watching 2 hour trip, and more besides. Just 50 metres in front of the villa, is a secluded beach with golden sands, accessed via a gentle cliff path used by local fishermen. Salema's village centre and main beach are a short 5-minute stroll.
Salema is only 1 hour by car from Faro Airport, yet a world away in terms of the usual over-development in the central Algarve.
