With gorgeous views over clear blue waters from most of its guestrooms, the Anassa – sister hotel to the equally child-friendly Alymra – occupies a picturesque if slightly isolated spot in western Cyprus. Tasteful, serene and relaxing, it’s ideal for luxury family holidays or breaks with well-behaved children, who are very ably looked after in the kids’ clubs but don’t dictate the overall ambiance. The watersports, including diving tuition, are a big draw at the Anassa, as is the thalassotherapy spa, but some guests find the food disappointing and expensive.

Garden Studio Suites in groups of individual residences within the gardens sleep 2 adults + 1 child on an extra bed/cot, with seaview. Some have a private pool (heated in winter). Some rooms interconnect with another Garden Studio Suite or a Junior Suite.

Family Studios in the main building sleep up to 2 adults + 2 children on extra beds/cots.

Junior Suites in the main building or one of the residences sleep up to 2 adults + 1 child, in a bedroom and lounge area with extra bed/cot, and seaview. Some have a private pool (heated in winter). Some interconnect with Garden Studio Suites.
