At first glance the major selling point of Camping La Croix du Vieux Pont in Picardy for family holidays and breaks is its wonderful location within beautiful countryside yet only about 1 hour by road from Paris and Disneyland Paris, about 40 minutes from Parc Astérix and just 260km from the ferry port of Calais. But in fact it's a great site in itself, with masses of activities and a wide choice of accommodation. Three lovely lakes (one with artificial sand) make up for the lack of nearby beaches.
