Price
from £250 to £450 per long weekend break (3 nights) in low to mid season, and from £495 in low season, £695 in mid season, and £995 in peak season, per week. Price includes: - Free use of Parc Dean's Land Rover* and sailing boat*. linen and towels, electricity and gas, free Wi Fi, use of washing machine/dryer. (* - You just have to pay the cost of the insurance and instructor, where necessary.)
Accommodation
sleeping up to 7:- Two stylish double bedrooms (one with a stunning en suite bathroom), a lovely kids bedroom with a bunk bed, and sofas in both the living room and lounge.
Facilities
a lovely family bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, utility area with laundry facilities, plus wireless broadband in all the rooms and an eclectic DVD library. Outside you will find 2 acres of private land, a child-size football goal, a massive wooden play fort, a big trampoline, a private child-safe pond, decking near the kitchen with outdoor dining table and chairs.
Location
a wonderful position in West Portholland - a hamlet that was recently declared an area of “outstanding natural beauty”, near Tregony. With just one shop and a Post Office, this is one of the last few places you can experience the real Cornwall. There are regular trains from London Paddington to St Austell, which is less than 10 miles away.
