This group of 10 characteristic and comfy maisonettes are located in six buildings in enclosed and well-tended gardens in a quiet olive grove. Watersports enthusiasts and families will appreciate the proximity to the beach at Agios Ioannis, as well as the superb on site crèche. A longish walk or short drive to good tavernas either close to the sea or along the waterfront in endearingly unpretentious and ramshackled Lefkas Town. Available from May to September.

- Childcare
- simply crèche (for ages 4 months-5 years) and Simply Club (for ages 6-10) operate 5 days a week and are run by qualified, English speaking nannies. Other children's facilities include, children's pool, children's meals, highchairs, baby baths, changing mats, cots, sterilisers and listening devices can all be provided. Some toys, games and books can be borrowed from the Club and Crèche which also has a supply of nappies, formula and milk for emergencies.

- spacious open plan living space and shower room on the ground floor, with the two bedrooms on the floor above, (double & twin), accessed by a wooden staircase (stair gates are available on request from the owner). Kitchenette (2-ring hob, mini-oven & small fridge), terrace, air-con, satellite TV and stereo.
