In a more rural area of the Northern Netherlands this is predominately an action resort, with sports enthusiasts well catered for. There are numerous activities including the Action Factory, and Adventure Island, with its Quads Trail and Mystery Mission.

Childcare
the kid's klub provides children of all ages with a programme of activities including carpentry, playing the flute, drumming and baking cakes. There are plenty of other things to interest children including a children's farm, entertainment, play areas and go carts. the restaurants all have children's menus, and childcare facilities are available at an extra cost.

from €375 to €555 for 4 nights self catering for a family of four with one child under 12 and one child over 12 sharing a two bedroom villa.
Accommodation
economy rooms are available with 2-8 beds. Economy Villas for 5 include two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and single bed and one with a double bed. Economy Villas for 6 have 3 rooms with 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds and a double bed. Villas for 8 have an additional room with twin single beds and an additional bathroom. All rooms come with a wide screen TV, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, basin and separate toilet, terrace with garden furniture, safe, clock radio, baby bed, playpen and high chair. Special 'children rooms' are also available and include toys in the villa, child safe furniture, baby bath, children cutlery, bottle-warmer and on many sites a playroom with puppet theatre. De Luxe Villas are available for 4 or 6 people, and have beds made up on arrival, towels laid out for each person, a dishwasher and an extra TV set in the bedroom. In addition VIP rooms for 6 are available including sauna, CD player, shower cubicle, daily delivery of fresh rolls and newspaper.
Facilities
there are cycle routes in the proximity and bicycles can be hired for around 10€. The park has a Japanese sauna and an observatory. There are also many activities in the action factory and adventure island. Cash machine, shopping service and laundrette are all also available on site.

in the rural north of the Netherlands 68km from Groningen this park is surrounded by scenic cycle routes.
