Relaxed and charming with décor that echoes the days of the Raj, the Victoria at Holkham has proved exceptionally popular since opening so you will have to book well in advance. Still owned by the Earl of Leicester, it offers ten individually styled and select bedrooms, with an additional three luxurious lodges in the grounds. Ideally situated, just a few minutes walk from the golden sands of Holkham Beach, and at the gates of my family's Palladian ancestral home, Holkham Hall.
