Price

Quality Villas prices are always for the complete property per week. Everything is usually included in the price, although occasionally extras such as air conditioning or private chef incur an additional small charge. Maid service where provided and the services of a pool man and gardener and so on to ensure the property is in excellent condition for rental is a given. In addition to specialist guidance and advice in finding the perfect property for you by someone who has actually seen the houses featured, Quality Villas also provide a complete pre travel and post travel after care system, comprehensive travel documents including map and most importantly are bonded via BondPlus. This means your monies are always protected and your holiday will always take place once booked, even if the company became insolvent; therefore book with confidence.

Accommodation

Each property is individually assessed prior to including on their portfolio, meaning more villas offered to them are turned down than taken on. Their programme includes hidden cottages with pool sleeping just two, to large Tuscan estates sleeping twenty or more. All featured properties have a private pool, unless they are near a beach (sometimes both). For the convenience of guests, Quality Villas has local English speaking staff in each region who know the properties intimately.

Facilities

Local knowledge is everything: Quality Villas can advise on the smallest detail at any villa, from the number of steps to the pool, to the number of casserole dishes. Villas naturally come fully equipped; most have broadband internet access, DVD players, satellite television and other modern conveniences, as well as baby cots and high chairs. Any kind of extra service required is also easily arranged, whether it be maid service, baby sitting, a private chef or a holiday nanny. Quality Villas staff can also advise of what there is to do in the region surrounding the villa, from local markets to major events and occasionally arrange tickets and so on around this.
