Location

Located in a conservation area of St. Ives 40 minute transfer by car from Newquay airport & 10 minute walk from train station which links with Penzance - London main line. 20 minute drive to A30 linking to M5 motorway at Exeter. Porthmeor, Porth Gwidden & Porthminster beaches all a short stroll away, as well as all of the town’s shops and restaurants. The coast road from St. Ives to Land’s End/Penzance is one of Europe’s most beautiful drives, taking in some of the best coastal scenery in Britain along the Lizard Peninsula. Further afield you’ll find Truro and Falmouth (with its National Maritime Museum), Newquay,St Austell (with the Eden Project), Padstow, Rock, St. Mawes, the Helford River and even more coastal scenery, sandy beaches and coves. The beautiful Isles of Scilly are also only a short flight away.
