Castello di Celsa is an awe-inspiring, family-owned castle. Guests stay at Limonaia, a lemon conservatory that has been converted into a bright and airy villa,sleeping up to 12. Elegant yet comfortable, the spacious living room opens up to a garden with a pool and marvelous views of the pristine countryside that surround this estate.

from €5000 to €8400 per week, including tax, and housekeeping service (3.5hrs a day, 6 days.)

Accommodation

6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms. Ground floor: bedroom with twin bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub/hand-shower only. First floor: 2 master bedrooms with queen bed, dressing room, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub/hand-shower only, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and adjacent bathroom with bathtub/shower, 1 bedroom with a twin bed.

satellite TV, DVD player, fax, dial up internet access, outdoor dining table for 12, indoor dining room with table for 10, terraced garden and lawn, swimming pool (unheated, not fenced and fairly close to the villa), living room with fireplace and French windows opening up to a garden, 2 powder rooms, kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, laundry room with washer only, fireplace, tennis court, tuscan refreshments provided on arrival and private parking. Services: housekeeping services 3.5 hours a day/6 times per week, grocery shopping and/or local cook on request and in-house massage, cooking lessons, and private Siena guide also available on request.

the villa feels secluded with nearest village only a 10-minute drive away. Activities within a 30 minute drive include, swimming, tennis, horseback riding, bike rental including children’s bikes, wine tasting and cooking lessons. Florence: 1 hour, Siena: 20 minutes, San Gimignano: 30 minutes, Lucca: 1.30 hours, Pisa: 1.45 hours, Tuscan Coast: 2 hours, Montalcino: 1 hour, Montepulciano: 1.15 hours, Pienza: 1.15 hours.
