Villa Pia is a great treat for families, and truly special. This stunning, relaxed, and welcoming 18th century manor house is located in the medeival village of Lippiano, on the Tuscan/Umbrian border. The menu features delights such as ravioli with walnuts and gorgonzola, with local knowledge, local ingrediants and even their own local truffle hunter!
“There’s no place like it. It’s like going to stay with friends who have a big country house in Italy ….. you just don’t know them till you get there” So if you fancy enjoying breakfast under the wisteria with the kids still in their pyjamas then this is the place for you.
Price
Prices range from £490 - £860 per adult per week, and from £175 - £430 per child per week. Infants under 2 sharing with adults stay free. Prices include breakfast, lunch and dinner (only breakfast is served on Thursdays). All beverages and fruits free of charge. Accommodation
There are 17 bedrooms situated within the manor house, former barn and stables all with private bathrooms, with a communal seating and dining area. There is also the 8-room 'Palazzo Regina' which can accommodate 4 families. All rooms have private facilities plus there is a communal living room and fully equipped kitchen. Facilities

Located in the heart of the Tuscan/Umbrian countryside, close to the towns of Castella and Arezzo. This area is be served by 4 airports, the main 2 being Florence and Forli. It is recommended that guests hire a car for the duration of your trip due to the rural location.
