Löwe & Bär Hotels
Not one, but two top family hotels next to each other, which combine as a single resort. The Löwe suits younger children, the Bär, with its big outdoor pool and water slide, is perfect for older ones. Both have smart, modern spa areas with massage, beauty treatments and physiotherapy, and awardwinning cuisine. The ski lifts for the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region are two minutes away.
- Childcare
- included in the price: 69 hours a week childcare (ages 2-14); 48 hours a week babycare (6 months-2 years). Löwe has a huge soft play area, along with an indoor World of Water with swimming pool and adventure pools for small children. Bär’s Bären bathing paradise has a large outdoor pool with waterslide, and more facilities more suited to older childen.

- in winter from £92 to £122 per adult per day, and in summer from £501 to £569 per adult per week- Both including free childcare, on an all inclusive basis. (Prices are based on 2 adults staying in a two bedroom family apartment. Child prices vary according to age: 3-5 year olds from £25 per day in winter to £180 per week in Summer.)
- Accommodation
- 105 beds at Löwe, and 110 at Bär. Tyrolean-style luxury, warm and cosy in a very elegant way. Both hotels have comfy family suites with two or three bedrooms and a living room.
- Facilities
- Lowe boasts an indoor pool and adventure pools, theatre for shows, clown performances, cinema and magic school, whilst Bar also provides an indoor pool with slides, 100 m adventure slide, theatre and playground. Then there are sandpits, bouncy castles and more, for use by children from either hotel. In winter, off-season, there are free ski lessons from age 3. Restaurants are stylish in both hotels, serving both buffets and full dinners. Lowe and Bar have smart, modern spa areas offering massage, beauty treatments and physiotherapy. You can also enjoy swimming lessons, riding, canyoning, rafting, and abseiling.
- Location
- in Serfaus, one of the prettiest Alpine villages and with year-round attractions. In winter it is the centre of Austria’s best family ski area, while in summer it’s perfect for walking and enjoying the outdoors.
