A luxury manor house situated in idyllic countryside on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, Villa Pia is a very special venue for family holidays and breaks, with kids able to run free in its grounds, cookery courses for both adults and kids, and sociable meals based on authentic Italian cuisine. Staff do all they can to make the experience at Villa Pia as enjoyable and relaxing as possible, and though the rooms are basic (with TVs a no no), they have all the modern comforts families need.

17 rooms in the house, former barn and stables. Cots, highchairs and sterilizers available.
Standard double bedrooms have room for an extra bed and a cot (some have room for 2), or interconnecting rooms available.
Palazzo Regina a short walk from the main house has 2 interconnecting suites that can sleep up to 4 families in total.

2 outdoor swimming pools (Easter–Nov).
Restaurant with communal table; children’s teas.

Florence is a 1hr 15min drive away, Rimini (Emilia Romagna) is 1hr 30mins, and Rome is 2hrs 30mins. Car hire is recommended.
