I suggest getting a villa or apartment as then it's easier to work to your own schedule. We went to Mallorca and stayed at the Viva Cala Mesquida Resort and were able to hire a buggy from a company called Cosy Toe who I found on this site. Both highly recommended. I alsop saw a site called tinytotsaway who will deliver food, nappies, etc prior to your arrival.
