Hi Bertie, It much depends on the type of break you are looking for. London and Edinburgh can be great fun if you want to see in the New Year in a city. Alternatively, you may be looking for a resort type of break - Center Parcs books up early and there are many other resorts to consider too. Do also consider Paris / Disneyland Paris as an option.
