Hi Maire. Some hotels offer this service, but it can be on very limited availability. Like most additional family services, it is vital to pre-book. The concierge may be able to help you too, so it is worth contacting your hotel directly. The other alternative, or if not staying in a Rome hotel, is to purchase a cheap one, (not sure how cheap for twins), whilst in Rome. Have you had any luck elsewhere finding any information about this?
