My four year old son has excema and has been prescribed phenergyn for the past two years to help him sleep without itching. It really helps him get into a deep sleep. I have used it on my two year old little girl when she went through a phase of waking in the night. After three nights she'd cracked it. All phenergyn does is help get my two into a deeper sleep than usual. You can buy phenergyn over the counter in most chemists. I know Boots definitely have it. It helps my son with his itching and has irradicated our sleep problems here!
