Absolutley Not! I gave it to my two year old on a longhaul flight to the States. It had the opposite effect-my daughter was hyperactive for 9 hours and ended running up the aisles with no clothes on-Never again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My husband disowned her and I ended up crying on the floor by the toilets. If I could have got off I would have done....
