Why is Centre Parcs UK so more expensive compared to Centre Parcs Europe ? We have sampled both a UK and European village, and I can't see how the UK can justify the price difference, particulary as the European ones when there, seem better value with many more free things to do. We have just booked a week at De Vossermeren in Belgium during the peak August holiday period, and including the ferry crossing, it is costing us ?560 for a 2 bed deluxe villa. The same equivilent UK villa for the same period is costing around ?1350!!! It is not easy booking direct with CP Europe from the UK, and it appears that efforts are made to keep you within the UK, but hey, we are all in the EU, so why the massive price difference ? Any thoughts or just an example of "rip off" Britain.
