I wouldn't use it on the flight, but, if flying long-haul use it on the fist night at your destination to help get over the jet-lag. Word of caution. My 12 and 10 year olds used it last year (Malaysia) and their 'minor' sunburn blistered and has scarred. It is a side effect I believe.
