Isn't there a Pierre et Vacances apartment block listed on the Disney site ("Close to the Magic" or however they describe it.) The Explorers hotel looks brilliant for larger families -they do a separated out bunk bed room 'inside' the main room for the children, with their own telly! BUT, it books up really really fast, as I found, so never got there. At the shopping centre at Marne la Vallee, a taxi ride from Disney (too far to walk alas) there are loads of apartments, and the great thing is you get decent cafes and restarautns tat hte shopping centre, unlike at the Disney hotels, where the food is mostly disgusting and/or incredibly expensive
