Vising Rome, Tuscany, and Venice makes a nice 2 week holiday. It is possible to fit Naples into this as well - but it would feel rushed. Rome has many sights that are wonderful for families and an ideal stay is 4 nights. Tuscany is spread out and many of the family-friendly accommodations have week-long stay requirements (those with kitchens and private living space)- an ideal stay is 7 nights. Venice is very touristy but fun - an ideal stay is 2-3 nights. As you can see there isn't much room for Naples here unless you give up nights in Tuscany. It also depends on the season - in warmer months you may want to spend time on the beach in the Naples area (Sorrento, Amalfi Coast etc.) and in that case a week-long stay is ideal.
