We went to Milton Keynes recently and I was really surprised at how much fun it was for all of us. There was lots to do including experiencing the most frightening height of all time. We visited Aerial Extreme (Welcome to Aerial Extreme | Aerial Extreme) which is located on Willen Lake. This was an assault course built in the trees and the kids loved it. Also on Willen Lake there is plenty to do and see. We decided to hire out the pedalow and let the children drive, while we sat back and relaxed.
There are plenty of local hotels, and we decided to stay at the Novotel. I would recommend this as it was very clean and tidy, with a great atmosphere and the children were made to feel welcome. on the last day we decided to head to Gullivers theme park, (:: GULLIVER'S THEME PARKS - 2007) this is around a mile out of Milton Keynes. The children really enjoyed it there and they where worn out on the journey home, so not a peep
