I would like to find a campsite near Montignac to spend a couple of weeks camping with my two children in school holidays. Can you recommend any campsites near that area.

I think Eurocamp have a site near near Monignac. We stayed at one in Vendee last year for a short break. Facilities were really good; loads of pools, tennis, kid's clubs, kid's discos etc. One of the best things about it was it's proximity to the beach, where we spent an awful lot of our holiday.

Thanks for your reply Kate. Probably a better idea to go to a campsite with tents provided. Just bought a tent this summer for me and my girls to go exploring. Perhaps we should experiment more in the UK first!
