Sunsail beach club holidays - any experiences?

We are considering taking the family to Greece or Turkey later in the year on our first Sunsail beach club holiday. Does anyone have any experience of this type of holiday - any recommendations, tips or things to avoid?

Or take a look at Lemnos Village, Greece from Mark Warner. Child care is absolutely brilliant from ages 6 months to 17 years, with fully screened and trained staff, activities wonderfully exhausting and the spa is the gluttonous icing on the cake.. I would say that the accommodation is more luxurious than Sunsail too, and much less holiday camp/languague school vibe.

Vounaki Greece May 2006 - Henry was 11months. Excellent equipment - great for trying out sailing. Winds light in bay. Oppotunity to take out a day yacht for lunch on another island once you've passed a reversing test! Rooms adequate and always spotless. Real taste of Greece a short walk to the fishing harbour. Nothing too much trouble for the staff and Management. Childcare fantastic - and they even lunch the Minnows so if you're tied up or out on a day yacht then they are fully cared for. This was a real holiday for us knowing our little one was happy and safe. Definately doing Sunsail this year - just waiting for some internet offers.

Thanks for all of your responses. I did check out Mark Warner, but couldn't find Lemnos Village Janey J? We checked out Neilsons too, but Sunsail seemed to tick all of the boxes for us so we are off to Club Marverde, Turkey in October and are all very excited. Got a good discount too for booking early, but couldn't use TTF discount on top.

AFAIK Lemnos has been dropped from Mark Warner owing to contract negotiation problems - this is according to their call centre. We are going to try out Porto Sani in Halkidiki since they will have a creche for our 9mnth old.

If the babies are ill, the creche won't take them! Just to warn you. Sunsail usually do an all night 'baby room' with microwave and bottle steriliser and washing machine, which is brilliant. Worth checking. (I'm now going to be Jane2 as there is already both a Jane AND a Janey!)(we're popular people apparently!)
