Just had to share this great place we stayed in in France this September. Googled child friendly gites and it was number one. There was loads of info on the web site and looked perfect for us with our two little ones. It was just as it said - if not better. Great self catering accomodation and a great area that we had not visited before, there was loads to do with young children but to be honest we didn't venture far away from the gite. The kids were kept happy for hours as there were six gites and all british families, so loads of children - all pre schoolers, for ours to interact with. They've got a big garden the pool is completely enclosed (a main selling point for us) and had a heated toddler pool too. Theres loads of garden toys, swings etc and it was the little touches like bath toys, a non slip mat and a box of toys in the house too plus the fact they supplied the cot, highchair, booster seat, toddler step and even a bed guard etc etc so we didn't have to bring them with us. Had a great time and definately going again !!
