Hi, I will be flying from London to Melbourne with my 5 month old next week, on my own. We'll be flying Singapore Airlines. Has anyone had a bad experience with Singapore Airlines? I was also wondering if there is a limit to the amount of ready-made formula which I can bring onboard? I was thinking of bringing my baby's Maxi-Cosi carseat (thought would be useful for baby to sleep in during transit at Singapore Airport). Does anyone know if I can bring this onboard as a "baby carrier"? Finally, if anyone has any tips re preventing/limiting jetlag for my little one, I would be ever so grateful!
Thanks in advance! |

We've always heard great things about Singapore Airlines. For more details take a look at the site SeatGuru, which offers information about SIngapore Airlines bassinets (baby carriers), plus if you know the type of aircraft you will be travelling on you can check what baby friendly facilities will be available.
Also see SIngapore Airlines own site for details of flights with infants: Special Needs -- Singapore Airlines. You can contact them direct on their flight enquiries line: 0844 800 2380 Also take a look at the following posts for advice from parents on long haul flights with infants: flying to Oz from UK with 6 month old baby please help!!!
