Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Site, without
qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions,
you may not use the Site in any way.
Take the Family's services
Take the Family is a travel and leisure resource for parents, who can
research destinations, holiday offers and other related products and
services. The site also enables enquiries or bookings / purchases to
be made with suppliers, as well as providing general destination and
family travel related information.
Take the Family is a reference resource
Take the Family introduces site visitors to suppliers such as airlines,
hotels, insurance companies, holiday suppliers and others (Supplier).
When you make a booking via the site, and your preferred travel product
or service is available, the contract will be between the Supplier and
you. Take the Family is not a party to the contractual relationship.
The Supplier is responsible for issuing tickets, other travel documents
or providing products and services.
Take the Family does not assume any responsibility for the travel products
and services provided by the Travel Supplier and makes no representations
or warranties (express or implied) about the suitability or quality
of travel products and services featured on the Site. To the extent
permissible by law, Take the Family assumes no responsibility for information
published on this Site and disclaims all liability in respect of such
information.

Club Med promotion terms and conditions
- The 5% discount off brochure prices only applies to new bookings (cannot be backdated) and is based on the full package only (flights and stay) for a minimum of 7 days.
- The offer applies to all Club Med Resorts featured in the Summer 2008 Collection brochure with the exception of Marrakech Le Riad, Morocco, and Kani, Maldives.
- The 5% discount offer is only valid for bookings made between 1st July and 30th July 2008 and cannot be combined with any other special offer (for example: summer special offers).
- The 5% holiday discount is subject to availability and is only valid for departures from the U.K during the following periods:
- 1st to 25th July 2008
- 30th August to 24th October 2008
- The 5% discount only applies per booking, minimum booking being 1 adult from 18 years.
- Services at extra cost at the Club Med Resort and not included within the holiday will not be included in the calculation of the discount (for example: excursions, specific sports tuition, health and beauty treatments at the Club Med Spa, childcare services for children up to 3 years, membership fees, ski and boot hire, etc.).
- Any supplements for flight upgrades will not be included in the calculation of the discount.
- This offer is only valid for direct bookings via Call Centre or Club Med Boutique (not on the online booking engine or via Travel Agents).
