Born and raised in Manchester, Saffia Badat has endured more than 17 years of family holidays at the hands of her overly eager parents. With a travel history spanning four continents, Saffia is nearly always equipped with her enormous but (in her opinion) perpetually cool backpack. She currently spends most of her time trapped in sixth-form college trying to pass A Level French and planning endless fantasy gap years unencumbered by gigantic luggage and parents with fold-out maps.
