Some of the rooms suitable for families include:
- Kelly Superior Room - Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child with 3 twin beds (can be made up as a double). Located in the garden manor with views over the sanctuary forest, and access to feeding giraffes through the window.
- Finch Hatton Suite - Sleeps 2 adults and 3 children in 2 bedrooms with separate living space. Master bedroom has a king bed with private balcony and the other with double bed or 2 twins plus a small daybed, both rooms have their own en-suite. Located in the garden manor, and access to feeding giraffes through the window or balcony.
- Karen Blixen Suite - Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children in 2 bedrooms with separate living space. Master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has twin beds (can be set up as a double), both have en-suites. Located in the historic manor and has a large balcony with access to feeding giraffes.
