Club Med's Grand Massif Samoëns Morillons is a luxury hotel that offers doorstep skiing amid what are often some of the best snow conditions in the French Alps. The Club Med 'ski all-inclusive' formula means almost everything is included, from gourmet meals, drinks and kids' clubs (from 4 years) to lift passes, ski school and family activities - plus some fantastic evening entertainment that can include circus performances, live music and more.
Catering for children from 4 months to 17 years, they have really thought through the kids' areas of the hotel and the clubs on offer. For little ones, everything you need can be provided, from bottle warmers and sterilisers to step stools and changing mats. For older children, there is a dance studio, climbing wall and games rooms (the teen area even has a VR helmet!).
Ski and snowboard school runs Mon-Fri, mornings and afternoons, and caters to all levels. So, even if you are a more advanced skier or boarder, you can perfect your technique with the guidance of the hotel's ESF instructors. If you have older children who are experienced skiers, look out for the Teen Snow Sports Programme (on select weeks), where they have the opportunity to learn a host of new skills - from mogul skiing to ski cross, ski jumping to powder skiing.
