Accommodation
Accommodation at the Grecotel Creta Palace has been thoughtfully designed to create the comforts of home whilst giving an unparalleled feel of luxury and comfort.
There is a wide range of different room types to suit different families. Here are a few examples:
- Family bungalows - sleep up to 4 with 2 separate bedrooms
- Superior Family Bungalows - sleep up to 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a living room
- Grand Family rooms - sleep up to 6 in 2 connected bedrooms with 2 bathrooms
Board basis: Bed & breakfast, half-board and all-inclusive.
Bed & breakfast includes breakfast at the main Atrium restaurant which serves international cuisine or a lavish a la carte breakfast.
Half board includes breakfast and evening meals at the main Atrium restaurants serving international cuisine, plus, one evening at one of the a la carte restaurants as well as a credit allowance towards other a la carte meals.

Childcare
There are two kid's clubs which run for 6 days per week at the Grecotel Creta Palace. One for ages 4-6 years and another for children aged 7-12 years. Throughout the week, the kid's club staff run a fun activity programme to include:

- Gardening activities
- Sports
Children under 4 years are welcome to use the Grecoland facilities but must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
There is also a teen club for ages 13-17 years that runs from June-September.
Grecobaby: to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible, and so you don't have to pack so much, the hotel can provide a range of baby and toddler equipment such as bed guards, baby baths, potties, toilet training seats, step stools, bottle sterilisers and more.
Location
Flights to Crete are available from airports across the UK. The Grecotel Creta Palace is located less than 10-minutes to the town of Rethymno. The private transfer time from Chania airport is approx 1 hour and 10 minutes. The private transfer time from Heraklion airport is approx 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Coach transfers may take longer.
