Grand Hotel Paradiso is a good choice for families looking for a good value skiing break in Passo Tonala (northern Italy). The hotel’s interiors are an eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary and it’s located just a 1-minute walk from the ski lifts and a 5-minute walk from the centre of the resort and the ski school. The resort is built along a linear road so you do have to contend with traffic and there isn’t much nightlife but the slopes here are perfect for beginners and intermediates making this resort a great place for families with younger kids who will quickly gain in confidence. 

The hotel's indoor pool is sure to be popular after a day on the slopes. There is also a wellness centre (over 16s only) if you fancy some relaxation while your kids enjoy the fun and games in the Crystal Ski-run nursery and kids' club. 

Breakfasts and dinners are included and families can choose whether to dine together or let the kids eat earlier. There's also a pizzeria restaurant - within half-board, you can eat there once a week, but remember to book in advance. As well as meals, your half-board includes beer, wine and soft drinks during your evening meal.

There’s a selection of rooms sleeping up to people.  Standard rooms are small but functional - but if you for a balcony room you get great views!
