Camping Duinrell near Leiden on the west coast of the Netherlands is a great family holiday park blessed with a superb woodland location in a nature reserve, within walking distance of the beach. With a tropical waterpark and even its own themepark, it's great for all ages but especially primary school children.

The water complex is available for a small surcharge and offers indoor and outdoor pools and waterchutes. The themepark is free and is great for children of all ages. The site has a well-stocked supermarket and good restaurants that make self-catering holidays here easy as pie.
