A budget-friendly all-inclusive on Menorca, the Hotel Victoria Playa is well regarded for family holidays by virtue of its friendly, energetic staff, clean communal areas and bedrooms (some a little on the small side) and good variety of food, with the breakfasts particularly favourably reviewed. There's not much to do in the immediate area (hire a car to explore) but the beach a short walk away has shallow waters so is great for kids. The Hotel Victoria Playa's kids' club and children's facilities go down well, but note that some of the entertainment incurs a small charge.
