The Phokaia offers a variety of room options of families including:
- Twin rooms (with space for a cot or sofabed) sleep 2 adults and a baby or young child with balcony.
- Superior suites sleep 2 adults + 1 child in a double room with balcony + 2 children on sofabed in lounge area, with sea views.
- Family rooms sleep 2 adults + 2 children in a double bed and bunkbeds, with terrace leading out to the gardens.
- Villa-style rooms sleep up to 7 over 2 floors, with lounge, dining area, bathroom, sofabed and space for an additional bed on ground floor, and double room with balcony on first floor.
