There are around 100 restaurants in Whistler, serving at least a dozen different kinds of cuisine. Despite the resort's reputation as an expensive destination, all budgets are catered for, and the standard in the lower-priced restaurants is generally good. We particularly recommend Creekbread for its wood-fired pizzas and Cows Whistler for its ice cream and other sweet treats.

Winter Skiing
Whistler has a long ski season, with good snow from early December until early May, and summer skiing on the Horstman glacier.
February Half Term Ski Trips to Whistler
February half term is normally quieter than the equivalent week in the French Alps unless the half term coincides with the Presidents Weekend in February, when many Canadian families go skiing. So you might consider asking us about a February ski holiday in Canada rather than in Europe, especially if you have a two-week February half term, and how it compares price-wise.
The best snow in Whistler is between January and March, but it's worth remembering the days are shorter earlier in the winter.
