This amazing family experience introduces families (with children aged five and up) to the colourful city of Havana, the stunning beaches around the colonial town of Trinidad, the rural landscapes of the Viñales valley and the Latin cultures of the enigmatic Caribbean island of Cuba.

As well as socialising with your group, you'll enjoy plenty of family bonding time and the chance to take part in activities such as boat-trips, visiting a waterfall with a natural swimming pool, and spending time at the beach.

You will stay in a mix of characterful guesthouses, with breakfast included each day and plenty of opportunity to try the cuisine whilst you explore Cuba with the family.

When

Tours operate throughout the year, including the school holidays in July, August and December.

Stay

Guesthouses (9 nights) and hotel (1 night). Meals included: 10 breakfasts.

Price

From £1200 per adult and £1080 per child including accommodation, domestic travel, some meals and some excursions. Flights can be arranged for an additional cost.

Itinerary

Day 1

First night in Havana - if you arrive early, make sure you explore the city.

Day 2

Meet your group over breakfast then drive 3-hours to Vinales with a mid-stop walk to a waterfall.

Day 3

Admire the landscapes with a walk through the Vinales Valley, then visit Cueva del Indio (limestone caves) and jump onboard a boat for a trip through the river within the caves.

Day 4

Drive to Soroa; landscapes with an abundance of birdlife and wildlife, as well as some amazing flora and fauna. Walk to a waterfall and enjoy a dip.

Day  5

Head to Bay of Pigs and learn some of the history of the area.

Day 6

The city of Cienfuegos is the next stop, inspired by European architecture and popular for it's ice cream parlours.

Day 7

Travel to the World Heritage Site, Trinidad and explore the city on foot with a guided tour.

Day 8

Explore more of Trinidad, then on to a waterfall with natural pools where you can swim, followed by a trip to a beach and soak up the slow-paced way of life.

Day 9

Drive to Havana with a stop-off at Santa Clara (the first city to be liberated by Castro's army).

Day 10

Walking tour of Old Havana and some of it's key sights as well as exploring areas in the vintage American cars so iconic of this city.

Day 11

Time to travel home or explore more of Havana and Cuba by booking additional nights through our travel agent.
